About us
WHO WE ARE
WeSurf was founded by Gerald Alvarez, a former Chilean competitive surfer with over 20 years of experience. He has worked as Head Coach of the Team Chile and as Coach of airs for the USA Surfing Junior National Team. Currently working between Costa Rica and California, while providing online coaching through the WeSurf Coaching platform.
Our Methodology
FOCUS ON THE PROCESS
Our coaching is supported by a dedicated athlete platform where surfers can upload videos, receive personalized feedback, track training sessions and competitions, monitor performance statistics, and follow their long-term development. Whether training in person or remotely, the platform keeps athletes connected, organized, and accountable while providing a clear pathway for continuous improvement.
